• Patient can book an “On-Demand” call or “Appointment” based on doctor
availability

• During call patient can have a chat with specialist when needed
Patient workflow
• Patient after booking an “Appointment” or “On demand” needs to enter
primary reason for the consultation.
• After entering the reason patient can either use available credit from clinic
or can make payment online.
• On successful payment patient can enter doctors waiting area and will be in
queue list of doctor to start the call.
• On call initiation by doctor patient can continue with the video call and see
his/her consultation notes online on the app.

• Patient can view complete visit notes captured by doctor anytime
anywhere.
• Patient can get work excuse note through the app and send it across online.
• Patient can maintain his/her Rx history online.
• Patient can make online payment and can also use available credit from
clinic given by provider

Doctor workflow
• After login in the app , provider can plan his/her schedule through “my
schedule”
• Provider can setup number of “on-demand” patients he/she would like to
take within an hour's time
• Provider can view their upcoming appointments and “on demand” patient
list on dashboard
• Provider will be able to view his/her patients’ past medical notes.
• All uploaded images by patient for a particular visit can be seen by provider
during video consultation.
Doctor workflow
• Provider has to initiate video call with patient, based on patient availability
in waiting room
• Provider can access medical history entered by patient
• Provider can record consultation notes online under SOAP notes
• Providers will be notified with their appointment reminders and on demand
patient calls
• Providers will be able to do chat conversations with patient
• If needed, provider may give “visit credits” to patient
