Narrator: Once upon a time, in a far-away land called “curricum”, there lived two groups of
elves namely the sprite and the goblins. The sprites are the happiest creatures that the world
has ever known, they love nothing more than to (sing and dance and hug, and sing and dance
and hug, and dance and sing and hug) and…. Then one day they were discovered by the
GOBLINS..!!
The goblins are the nastiest creatures that the world has ever known, they’re the most
miserable creatures to ever lived making their town gloomy and sad, while the sprites are
identified by their colourful masks, the goblins wore the darkest masks making them look more
scarier than ever… the goblins didn’t know how to dance and sing or even hug and once they
saw how happy the sprites are, they grew envious and wanted some of that happiness. Killing a
sprite made the goblins very happy, so once a year and every year they started to gather and
come in the sprite land and kill them, they started to build their homes around the sprite land
to barricade and prevent the sprites from fleeing to another land. The goblins then, started a
tradition to kill a sprite every year and bring happiness to their race calling it the “Sprite’s Fair”
Goblin prince: Daddy daddy!!... Wake up..!! Daddy wake up! Daddy daddy daddy … WAKE UP!!
(Slaps his father)
Goblin king: Gongyo what time is it?
Goblin prince: its sprite’s fair!!!
Goblin king: Sprite’s fair!! Our one day to be happy!!
(Hair up music starts and the goblins are coming in the castle)
Goblins: Sprites... sprites… sprites!!

2. Narrator: Please give it up to the keeper of the sprites!! Your minister of happiness!! The royal
chef!!
Goblin chef: Me!!
Goblins: Yeahhh!!! (Chants and yells)
Goblin chef: This year of sprite’s fair is a very special one... for our prince has never killed a
sprite before, prince gongyo come here...
Goblin chef: it is my duty to show you the ways of real happiness and I have chosen a very
special sprite just for you... this sprite is the happiest of them all!! I gave you Princess Perry!
(Opens the pandemonium)
Goblin prince: They’re gone?
Goblins: haa! (na shock)
Goblin king: Where are they??
Goblin chef: Don’t worry sire, well find them…!
(Stop na ang part sa goblins nya start na ang sa sprite)
Narrator: The sprites have successfully escaped the cells of goblins and have travelled far away
from the place.
Sprite Queen: Here in this land, is where will build our civilization, it has everything we need,
fresh air, clean water, and bunch of food and of course sweet acoustics!!
(Song and dance presentation “dancing in September”)

Sprite princess: Twenty years ago until today, the goblins still didn’t find us and that all thanks
to our Queen Belle that we live in peace and harmony (vocalization)
Sprite 1: Harmony...
Sprite 2: harmony….
Sprite 3: And that’s why we hug each other every hour…
Sprite 4: But I wish it was every half hour...
Sprite princess: So do I, but it would lessen the time for singing and dancing now wouldn’t it?
Sprite 1: Princess Perry... do the goblins still want to kill us?
Sprite princess: You bet!!

3. Sprites all together: haaaah! (Gasps)
Sprite princess: But just because it’s the only way they’ll ever be happy.
Sprite 3: Is there any other way to make them happy?
Sprite 4: what about having birthday parties
Sprite 1: Or slumber parties!
Sprite 2: Or watching a couple while they’re kissing
Sprites all together: Ewwww!!!
Sprite 3: but I don’t want to be killed!!
Sprite princess: Don’t worry... no sprite will ever be killed and that’s why were celebrating it
tonight!!
(song and dance sa everybody D. A. N. C. E.)
Narrator: One day something terrible happened, it’s the most terrifying event that ever
happened in the sprite’s years of peace and harmony, because some sprites had been captured
by the goblin chef….
Sprite 1: Somebody help us!!
Sprite 2: Let us go you ugly goblin!!
Sprite 3: Please... I’m begging you... let us go!!
Goblin chef: Will you all stop talking!! I’m taking you to our castle whether you like it or not so
that the prince and all of the goblins can kill all of you and we can now be happy!!
(Na abut na sila’s castle)
Goblin prince: Very well chef! You have captured them safely, now take them to the dungeons
and prepare for the sprite’s fair!!!
Narrator: Meanwhile in Sprites land!!
Sprite princess: Mother!! Mother!! Mother!! Dinkles, Maggie, diamond and fret were captured
by a goblin!
Sprite queen: What?? Where were they taken??
Sprite princess: I think they’re going to goblin’s town!!
Sprite 5: what are we going to do now?
Sprite princess: I have to save them!

4. Sprite queen: Are you sure sweetie, it’s very dangerous there…
Sprite princess: I have to mum! It is my duty to protect and save them!
Sprite queen: Ok hun... but you must be careful and promise me you’ll be back here safely
okay??
Sprite princess: Ok mom!
(Sound effect sa “knock me over”)
Narrator: Meanwhile in Goblin’s town
Prince: Let the sprite’s fair begin!!
Goblins: Kill the sprites!! Kill the sprites!! Kill the sprites!! (niabut si sprite princess)
Sprite Princess: Stop!! (ni stop ug chant ang mga goblins.)
Prince: and why should we stop? Kill them and bind her!
Sprite princess: No!! You don’t understand!! There are other ways of finding happiness!!
Prince: What do you mean?
Sprite princess: I’m saying that happiness can’t be find by killing a sprite! Happiness is
something that comes from the inside… it comes naturally!
Prince: are you saying that we already experienced happiness?
Sprite princess: Yes!! Like for instance you receive a gift from someone and you’d feel delighted
and overwhelmed because someone cared for you
Prince: yes!! I remember!! I do had felt happiness!!
(flashback sa story niya while ga kanta ug “true colors”)
Sprite princess: Goblins!! Happiness comes naturally to all of you! You just don’t know how to
express them!! (and we the sprites will help you in expressing them! (ni sound na ang can’t stop
the feeling)
Narrator: And for the first time in forever, the two groups of elves had lived peacefully and
harmonically…., The END.
