2. Introduction:
The aim of a project is to develop an online web application and information system
that maintains and manipulates insurance survey record for our valued customer named
Saleem Siddiqui and Co. A leading insurance surveying company with four existing branches in
major cities of Pakistan. The application will allow the company to automate the record of
survey reports of its intended customers for different types of insurance policies like motor, fire
and marine Insurance.

3. Gantt_Chart:
Gantt chart provides a graphical illustration of a schedule that helps to plan, coordinate,
and track specific tasks in a project. Following are the tasks and their time lines of Insurance
Survey Portal (ISP).
Network_Diagram:
It graphically displays interdependent relationships between groups, steps, and tasks as
they all impact a project. Nodes and arrows are used to depict these activities and
the links between them.
