For the second year in a row, ZTE asked Splash Media to socially support
its onsite presence at CES. For 2017, we expanded utilization of exciting
new capabilities with ZTE’s social platforms.
During each day of the week-long event, including press conferences,
media days and booth access, Splash Media provided scheduled and real-
time posts across all major social media platforms.
Content focused on:
•	ZTE device announcements
•	Daily activities including NBA player appearances
and basketball/gymnastics demos
•	Promotion of our onsite activities
- 360 Video
- ZTE TV
Armed with Facebook’s new live-streaming
abilities, Splash conducted multiple interviews
over the course of the weekend with various
ZTE executives, NBA players and strategic
partners. These were then posted “live,”
allowing further editing and additional
graphics to be overlayed after filming.

Our onsite support also included the use of the Nikon
KeyMission 360 camera, which allowed us to provide a
firsthand look at ZTE’s event space for those fans unable
to attend. The 360 footage captured by the camera,
edited down to digestible videos, gave fans back home a
taste of all the exciting action taking place in Las Vegas.
ZTE’s onsite exhibit included a large video wall to display varying promotions
and devices. In order to incorporate social onsite, we utilized Spredfast’s
Experiences platform, which aggregated posts using the hashtag #ZTECES.
Fans were able to see their tweets and images appear in real time as they
enjoyed the booth space.
