government entities: the Economic and Trade
Commission and the CAAC, the Civil Aviation
Administration of China.
The Class "A" license allows Speedmark to
prepare air and ocean bills of lading,
consolidate air and ocean shipments, charter
aircraft and ocean vessels for cargo deliveries,
provide air courier services, conduct customs
