Warm up
General warm up:
- Do laps in the floor
- stretch all of the muscles
- cool down
SPECIFIC warm up :
- do laps in the floor
- continue with the returns in the floor and now with change
of rate
- stretch the leg muscles
- stretch with a partner and do squats
- on the line and when you whistle the other line
- cool down
MAIN PART
Games :
the scarf: you have a number and when the teacher says your number
you have to catch the scarf and If you have it you win If you don´t have it
you have to run to catch the other person that has it
relay race : you have a partner and your partner starts in the middle of
the race , when you run you touch your partner and your partner starts
running

2. EXERCISES :
Line: you have to choose a partner and you both start on the line , you
run to the other line and your partner does the same as you and you go to
the line where you started
Reaction speed : you put one cone on the floor and put more cones
next to the other like a zig zag exercise , In this exercice you touch the one
cone and you have to touch other cone next to the first and do this
process as many times as you want
COOL DOWN
- Do laps in the floor
- stretch the muscles of your legs
- do returns in the floor but now with the toe and heel repeat this as
you want
- sit down in a circle and relax muscles
