HANDBALL
In this sport we need to prepare ourselves very well
because it is a sport that you required a lot of effort.
First, we run at least four laps of the handball court. Then
when we finish the four rounds we make a circle, wiht one
person inside. This person will direct the stretching. We will
start from bottom to top of the body or the other way
around.
Then when we finish stretching, we line up, two in one side
and the other two on the other side. The lines have to be
looking face to face. When the lines are made, I will give a
handball ball to one line and you have to passed to the
other line. When you passed the ball you have to go to the
other lines doing articular movement, you star by arms, then
the legs, aduptor, jumps and some sprints. Whit this I end
the general warm up.
For the specific warm up I will do two games, one the
kerchief (el pañuelo) and the other a simple possession. For
the kerchief, I will do two teams, the team that lost should
carry to the other team in his backs.
The possession is very simple, in the half of the court the
same teams play handball 15 minutes, to end the warm up,
then they are prepared to play handball.
The warm up is finish, then we can start with the normal
class. The first activity that we will do is for pass the ball.
We have to make partners and this partners whit a ball
have to passed the ball by all the court, this activity is very
easy and we will do ten minutes.
The second activity is to practice the shot. We make a big
line in the half of the court, then we pass the ball to one
person that is in the front of the area, this person pass the
ball to us and we shot to the goal but without goalkeeper.
This we can do 15 minutes.
The third activity is to practice the pass and the shot before
a macht. We put in partners in the half of the court, we pass
the ball to our partner, the partner to us and so go on until
the goal, the one of the partner shot to the goal. When we
do the first we change the side. This we will do 15 minutes,
as the other activity.
The last activity is play a match, we do three teams and
play handballs matches, the team that lose go out and enter
the team that is waiting.
To finish the class we need to return to the normal, for this
we run around the handball court, first we run at the 50%
one lap, other at 25%, other at 15% and the last walking.
When we finish we stretch an other time and we finish the
class.
