Housing Focus Group Funding Bid 80 Bretton Avenue Supply and fit 6.5m long 1.8m high close boarded fencing to side, 4m long 1m highn open boarded fence with matching single gate to front. 300mm wide 10.5m long conctete mowing strip. Make new existing side path bringing forward to new gate (3m2). Work is needed as tenant’s garden is being used as a ‘cut through’, Tenant is also severally disabled. Cost £1292.72

Youths running through communal garden causing distress to elderly residents of bungalows, neighbour has had unwelcome visitors and distraction burglary – Police and Community Neighbourhood Team aware. Housing Focus Group Funding Bid Hillview House Metal gate to be erected to side of building next to 3 and 5 Hillview House to stop the public walking through the complex and damaging the meter cupboard doors to properties 3 and 5 Hillview City Centre Police have found needles and all sorts of drug paraphinalia within the alley where people have walked through or stopped to take drugs etc. There have also been used condoms in the alley Cost £607.79

Estates Pride Funding Bid Leonard Walk Car Park Removal of the brick wall around the garages on the car park as street drinkers are gathering around the area on a daily basis drinking, shouting, swearing intimidating residents often using the wall and garages as something to hide behind. 77 letters to residents were sent. 42 responded – 38 in favour and 4 against. Cost to be confirmed
12. Housing Focus Group Funding Bid 28 and 30 Cambridge Street Remove fence between the two gardens to stop youths congregating by the fence. Youths gather by the fence which is covered in ivy to smoke and take drugs. Cost £1027.53

Area subjected to vandalism and youths hanging around area, drug paraphernalia is found around this area. Neighbourhood Team aware of issues. Cost to be confirmed

Housing Focus Group Funding Bid 14-24 Bowbridge Avenue Littleover Erect dusk til dawn lighting to bungalows to provide further security for the tenants and light the path and greens in front of their properties. Youths gathering in entrance to electric sub station adjacent no.14, issue of youths gathering by shops on Oakland save and when moved on move to other areas closeby. Cost £980.00

Youths gather on park opposite on Bendall Green and in footpath and have previously caused damage to fences on the footpath. Cost £733.49
