Major Project
Title : “A Study On Quality Deployment N Human Resource”
Description: Quality function deployment, which is also named as ‘voice of the customer’, can be used to understand the views and requirements of employees, who are the internal customers of an organization. This study manly focuses on the clinical, para-clinical, non-clinical employees who deal with the patients directly and their views upon the quality improvement of the service and what are the requirements for that. Though the resources are available, quality in healthcare sector reaches the external customers through the employees. So, the employees who deal with the patients are the major source of quality service and the study.
Mini Project
Title : “A Study On HR Systems And Process Flow In Emergency”
Description: The organization has identified that there was delay in a patient’s treatment and discharge processes. There were changes needed to be made in the processes and systems that are implemented in HR. Improper data and time entry led to some complications during medical audits and the further study of a case. So, a study was made to find out the origin of these problems and few findings and their suggestions were implemented in the organization.

Co-Curricular Activities
 Coordinated the First National Level Management Meet “Vetri Nichayam ‘13” and was the chief organizer of Business Quiz event on 1st, February, 2013 at Sri Ramachandra College of Management.
 Reviewed the book “Fish!!” by Stephen Lundin, et.al., for Sri Ramachandra University Bridges team on the 24th book review session on 4th January 2013.
 Participated in MMA conducted “Entrepreneurship” conventional program in October’ 12 and presented a paper on “Women As Entrepreneurs In Modern India”.
