The Purpose Of Study
In this paper, it has been focusing on airconditioning, heating, drying with using electrical energy
that produced by the developed design of Solarux system
cheaply.

The Purpose Of Study
The aim of this invention is to use planar mirrors instead
of parabolic mirrors and to replace the disadvantages of
mirror system and to get the advantage for manufacturing
and stability in the terms of engineering.

For this purpose, for the development and design of
Solarux system Solid Works 2012 has been used and the
results are discussed and shown briefly

that is used for producing

The Old Design
The invention is based on a dish mirror system which
includes planar mirrors that reflect sun light to an absorber
(heat-exchanger) in order to produce heat energy in high
temperatures.

The New Design

Lower Tower - Experiment

The flexural tests are carried out
by using three point bending
specimens and the flexural
property was determined
according to ASTM D790 with the
specimen dimensions of 42 mm
diameter, support span of 160
mm and crosshead speed of 0.5
mm/min.

Lower Tower - Experiment

As a result of these experiments it
is obtained that the specimen 4
shown in Figure 4 has the
highest-strength when compared
with others since the cement and
glass fiber filaments are
distributed more homogeneously
and especially fiber effective on
the strength.

procedure may cause the loss
of mirror because of adhesive

Comparison-Pipe Route

OLD DESIGN

In the old system main pipe
which is connected with
exchanger passed into a mirror
because of the plate which
holds the mirror grippers.

NEW DESIGN

In the new design , the plate is
removed and replaced with skrewed
rivet elements.So main pipe can
pass from the center of the dish.By
making this replacement , the
fracture of a mirror is prevented.

In the old system there was
only two shaft that helps to
move dish up and down.

four shafts in order to
prevent the system from

grippers were designed as an L
beams and a supporter rod.In
addition, there was a lot of
pieces of connection parts in
order to hold mirrors.

NEW DESIGN

In new design dish gripper is
constructed as some kind of
profiles and also designed
for acting as a route for
cleaning system.

The Advantage Of Solarux System

 More efficient than parabolic and

No loss efficiency because of the
distance between absorber and
mirrors (approximately 5m)
The deviation of solar in the
absorber doesn’t exceed 1-2 cm
It has vacuum which prevents heat
loss at absorber in Solarux CSP.

Conclusion
• Solar flat mirror is a renewable system which based on sun light and it’s
reflection
• System can provide and store a valuable energy and use it whenever you
want.
• The electrical energy can be provided without pollution and it can be
used even at night
• This system also can be used for agricultural heating process and drying
process.
• It will contribute to the country's economy and also has the scientific
application capability, manufacturability and in addition, it can be highly
desirable in terms of sensitivity to the environment

Conclusion
•

Have good financial results, the good construction, performance, work
place or home budget, environmental cleanliness, cleanliness of the
system itself, and in many respects quite good security features and
efficiency

•

The only disadvantage of Solarux CSP is the efficiency of the system
varies depending on region. Because the incident angle of the sun
coming around the world is crucial.

NEW DESIGN In the new design , the plate is removed and replaced with skrewed rivet elements.So main pipe can pass from the center of the dish.By making this replacement , the fracture of a mirror is prevented.

Conclusion • Solar flat mirror is a renewable system which based on sun light and it’s reflection • System can provide and store a valuable energy and use it whenever you want. • The electrical energy can be provided without pollution and it can be used even at night • This system also can be used for agricultural heating process and drying process. • It will contribute to the country's economy and also has the scientific application capability, manufacturability and in addition, it can be highly desirable in terms of sensitivity to the environment Dokuz Eylul University - Izmir TURKEY

Conclusion • Have good financial results, the good construction, performance, work place or home budget, environmental cleanliness, cleanliness of the system itself, and in many respects quite good security features and efficiency • The only disadvantage of Solarux CSP is the efficiency of the system varies depending on region.
