Government of India is aiming towards a capacity of about 100,000 MW to come from Solar Energy by the year 2022. This includes a capacity of 40,000 MW to come up on the rooftops of various buildings and houses spread throughout the country. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy sources is looking for training about 50,000 Suryamitra in next 3 years Considering the huge technically trained manpower requirement to meet this ambitious goal, Skill Council for Green Jobs is targeting a special skilling course on Solar PV Installer with the name called Suryamitra. The Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra) would be specialised for mechanical, civil and electrical installations of rooftop Solar Photovoltaic systems as well as maintaining them.
This Participant book is designed to enable theoretical and practical training on Rooftop Solar PV Installation, Operation and Maintenance as per Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra) Qualification Pack, SGJ/Q0101 and is available for free download at www.sscgj.in.
This book is designed considering the minimum education qualification of Suryamitra to be ITI/Diploma. However, as part this book, efforts have been made to revise their knowledge of electrical and civil concepts required for this job. The contents of this book are in simple language, without going into too much theoretical details and calculations. It is envisaged that this training manual will provide the participants with the knowledge and skills required for installing and maintaining a rooftop Solar Photovoltaic System, complying with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements; and enable them to actively participate in the growing solar rooftop market.
THOMAS E.BEARDEN has invented and patented in 2002 by a group led by Bearden a free energy device called “MEG” .
This device transforms the magnetic force of a permanent magnet into electricity and achieves over unity.

Presentation by Andrew Musser, Cambridge University, Smart Villages Technology Workshop, Cambridge 14 January 2014
The purpose of the workshop was to bring together leading UK researchers to discuss emerging technologies for the sustainable production and use of energy in rural communities in developing countries, and to take a ‘look ahead’ at scientific developments and technologies that might be influential over the next 10 - 20 years. It was held under the auspices of the ‘smart villages’ initiative, a three - year project to advance sustain able energy provision for development in off - grid villages in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Editor's Notes
Well then, let’s take a look at achievement examples by Sharp. This picture shows the example in Sharp Kameyama Factory. We install various kinds of PV including Crystalline, Thin-film and double glass Built-In PV (BiPV) Total output is 5.21MW, and it is the biggest PV installation on the building.
These are the Stand Alone PV system in the developing countries. Dating back to 1986, SHARP has succeeded in installing the 150kW PV system in Thailand. This system is installed as the experimental research project with NEDO (New Energy Development Organization). The photo of lower left is also the installation in the developing countries conducted by another PV company. Photo of lower right is the PV system in Senegal for water supply project . As you can imagine, there are still huge potential demand for solar energy throughout the worlds. Especially in Africa, the demand for small sized PV system for rural electrification is growing and attracting great attention. There are so many people in the world who can’t access electricity. Getting involved in the rural electrification project is really rewarding.
These are examples of a big generation plant. It is an example of the intensive power station which it receives a German kind treatment measure, and was built. Here, I introduce a system of 6.3MW from 1.9MW. It is scale of 10MW by total. An establishment company raises a fund from an individual and a company and attracts its attention as new business model to reduce the profit that I use a kind treatment system of electricity buying up, and to buy electricity did to its elements to each investor. When construction of such a large-scale power station advances, in Europe, the future is expected a strong new energy kind treatment of the government by taking a step.
This is a installation cade in Germany. A 240kW single crystalline PV modules mount on the roof of the soccer stadium.
This is the installation case for residential use in USA. Capacity of this system is 10kW. This is about 3 times of Japanese average size.
