Syarikat Inani Craft & Design has been produced a safe product since the business started in
1996. They had used a safety material that not affected people and also environments. All
relevant aspect of a product were informed to the consumers to make sure no doubts on the
products. Syarikat Inani Craft & Design also accept any complaints or opinion from consumers
in order to increase a better quality of their product. They also asked the feedback from their
customers and if the product does not give them a full satisfaction, they can return back the
product and exchange with the other product. The price of product is very relevant and
affordable for everyone. They offered a very good products with a high quality and the price
can be considered. The business also accept an order on customer’s design as they wish and
fulfill the customer desire.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS EMPLOYEES
Owner of Syarikat Inani Craft & Design never forget about his responsible toward employees.
The employees safety is the most important thing. In the production process all the workers
will be monitored closely in order to improve and provide a safe working environment. This will
minimize on-the-job injuries and improve the morale of the employees. The owner also
provides a bonus to their employees at every end of the year to appreciate the workers and as
a reward for their loyalty.

They also give a donations to an orphanage, charity home, old folks home and also some local
charities to helps them in their financial to complete their needs and also give a support besides
to make them happy even there is only a small amount of money.
