Accessing the Dashboard
What you see here is how a franchisor or franchisee would access their social marketing in
the Qebot platform. As you can see there are a number of tools to access, and at the local
level you’ll see only that one store. At the corporate level, all data will roll up or you can drill
down into one specific location.
Monitoring Your Networks
Here, a location, can see what sort of engagement each post and each social network is
getting. They can respond to any engagement right through the portal. At the corporate level,
we will have all locations streams feed into this view.
Posting To Your Networks
In this tab, your locations, can post to their local site. At the corporate level, you can also post
to all of your locations social marketing profiles at once if you have something to share with
all of your locations followers.
Reporting
On this page in the portal, the local store can get a quick view about how their social is
working, and what engagement looks like. It also can give you insight into what is working,
times to post that are the best, et. At corporate we can look at all of social holistically, or drill
down to specific locations.
Brand Compliance
To get started, we will work with the corporate franchise to create a template for what the
profiles will look like, and how the messaging for each location will be delivered. This will be
the default for each franchisee profile, and since they only have access to analytics and
posting through the portal, not the actual profile, they cannot change it.
