good way to communicate

• Use bottom up –methods and create places where
everyone can share their ideas and best practices.

The best ideas will be developed Sitralla on käytössään Ideapooli niminen Yammer-ryhmä, joka toimii sitralaisten yhteisenä ideointi- ja keskustelualustana uusien projektien ja tutkimushankkeiden ideoinnissa ja jatkojalostuksessa. Ryhmään kuuluu 87 sitralaista eli n. 65 prosenttia sitralaisista. Ideapoolin toiminta on jatkuvaa, mutta sitä käytetään myös virtuaalisten ”ideajamien” järjestämiseen. 14.1 Sitran johtoryhmän strategiakokouksen yhteydessä ideoitiin Sitralle uusia tutkimushankkeita. Sessiota mainostettiin myös intrassa. Tämä 20 minuutin sessio generoi 16 uutta tutkimusideaa ja useita kymmeniä viestejä. Ideoita tuli eri puolelta organisaatiota ja eri positioissa olevilta ihmisiltä.
