designed in the same format as the 5 day brick and mortar classroom
instruction, but is in an environment where Sailors can access it
whenever they need it from anywhere in the world. FFSC classroom is
the preferred method of delivery, but for those who are in isolated
locations and those with short fused ADSEPs, the virtual curriculum can
be used to meet TGPS VOW compliance. To receive credit for the TGPS
course service members will need to complete all modules. Service

members can submit WebTA applications. If tuition assistance was
submitted in FY13 for a FY14 course and the Sailor had reached their
FY13 tuition assistance funds cap, those Sailors will have to wait for the
budget/continuing resolution to be passed before their FY14 tuition
assistance can be approved. Also, DANTES testing (College Level
Examination Program, ACT/SAT, DSST) is on hold pending a budget or
continuing resolution. This includes administration of exams to active
