This document discusses using semantic web technologies to enhance social network analysis and social CRM. It explains that semantic web ontologies can be used to represent social network data and relationships between actors in a structured way. This allows for machine-processible analysis of social networks and more sophisticated social-semantic applications to be developed. As an example, it describes Flink, a system that used semantic web technologies to analyze the social networks of the semantic web community.
