Prosper One and Prosper All are social entrepreneurship initiatives started in 2016 that aim to connect needy people with livelihood opportunities and transform lives through skill development. The programs provide training in instruments like electrical work funded through corporate social responsibility programs. Trainees pay 8.33% of future salaries and become instructors, with income reinvested in new training. Over 28 people have received tools and career guidance from industry professionals. The goal is to develop passionate, self-motivated leaders who believe in giving back to society and creating leaders together for prosperity.
