These soccer agility drills are designed to improve balance, body control, foot speed and coordination without being physically demanding. They involve weaving in and out of markers at speed, following a leader who changes direction and pace randomly, sprinting between corners called out in a box drill, shuttles that involve sprinting and changing direction, and weaving through markers in a slalom. The drills should be performed with proper form rather than exhaustion and used after a warm up before more strenuous fitness drills.
