Dates:
• 11/24 – Troop & Girl Uploads into SNAP+ (all registered troops/girls will be added)
• 12/1 – Users who have an agreement turned into Council will receive access for the first
time

4. Initial Order Overview
• Hover over “Cookies” icon and click “Initial Order”
• A digital order card broken down by variety and listed by girl
• “Cshare” is “Cookies for a Cause” packages – Council handles delivery
of cookies when entered into system
• Recommended: Save after each girl order entered – 25-minute time-
out
• Entire order rounded to complete cases for delivery (except “Cshare”)
• “Extra Packages for even cases” row shows detail
• Always click “Save” throughout the sale – Council will commit all
orders automatically – if troops click “Commit”, SUCM or Council will
need to un-commit so they can continue adding orders
6. Review/Edit Troop Information
• Hover over “My Troop” click “Edit Troop Information”
• Review all information – some of it preloaded by Council
• Select “Delivery Station” from drop-down for Town Delivery (Mega
Drops) – only pertains to Initial Orders
• Enter “Bank Account” and “Bank Routing” numbers for ACH Sweeps
• Submit proper form (refer to Overview slide) to Council
• Add secondary contact (if applicable)
• Click “Save” when finished
8. Scheduling Delivery Station Appointment
• Hover over “My Troop” and “Delivery”; click “Schedule Pickup”
• On the calendar that appears, click on the day labeled with “Available
Slots”
• In the window that appears, select a time (first-come, first-serve basis) you
would like to pick-up by click the green ‘+’ button
• Note: A time cannot be picked until AFTER the Initial Order deadline of 1/19
• A window will pop-up detailing your Initial Order; confirm it is correct and
click “Ok”
• If done successfully, the green ‘+’ button will now turn into two buttons (a
magnifying glass and a red ‘-’ button)
• Click “Close” when finished
9. Planned Order Overview
• Hover over “Cookies” icon and click “Planned Order”
• Select the Cupboard you would like to pickup from in the drop-down
• The addresses for every cupboard will be in SNAP+ and you can also Google map the
location
• Select the Date and Time to pickup the order
• The dates entered in SNAP+ are only the days the cupboard is open
• Enter the Name and Phone Number of the pick-up person in the “Order
Reference” field
• Enter the amount of CASES you want of each variety (including Gluten-
Free) in the “Troop Order” row
• Click “Save and Return to Manage Orders” when finished
• Note: All Planned Orders need to be in SNAP+ by Sunday for the upcoming
week
• Helps Cupboard Managers plan Inventory for the week to cover all orders
• Contact the Cupboard in case you need an order placed during the week
11. Transfer Order Overview
• Hover over “Cookies” icon and click “Transfer Order”
• Types of Transfers available: “Girl to Girl”, “Girl to Troop”, “Troop to
Girl”, & “Troop to Troop”
• Most common transfer is “Troop to Girl” – assigns packages to girls
from Planned Orders for recognitions
• Quantity vs. Booth:
• Quantity – Transfers financial responsibility with packages
• Booth – Transfers packages without any financial responsibility
• Click “Save” to complete transfer and can continue with others (if
needed)
13. Reorder Overview
• Available only after the Initial Order period is complete on 1/19
• Allows you to order additional “Cookies for a Cause”/donation
packages for Council to deliver
• Hover over the “Cookies” icon and click “Reorder”
• Enter the amount of packages into the girl’s name
• Click “Save” to complete the order
• You can create this order as many times as necessary until the end of the sale
15. Booth Sales Overview
• Two types of Booth Sales: Council-Organized Booth Sales (COBS) & Troop
Secured Booths
• COBS – Organized by Council for troops to request and run in a one-time lottery
• Troop Secured Booths – Organized by troops themselves to enter for uploading into
Cookie Booth locator for customers to find sales near them
• Hover over “Cookies” icon & “Booth Scheduler”; click either “Schedule a
Booth OR Lottery Request” (for COBS) or “Troop Secured Booths”
• List of COBS will be available prior to the start of the sale
• Troops will receive TEN requests to use, with the opportunity to win ONE
• Request period will last from 12/1 until 12/15 noon – lottery runs on 12/16 at noon
• COBS added after the initial request period will be available on a first-
come, first-serve basis (initial winners will NOT be eligible)
• Troop Secured Booths require approval by Council before being uploaded
into Booth Sale locator; this is a non-issue except in the following cases:
• Troop entered a COBS location as their sale (automatically rejected)
• Troop entered a sale in the area of a liquor store (Council cannot endorse)

that says “Available” and click on it – the following will appear:
