Steps to process Local Shops orders on sellers central

1. Navigate to Manage Orders Page
1. Login to Seller Central
2. Move mouse pointer to ‘Orders’ menu on the top of the screen
3. Click on ‘Manage Orders’ from the drop down

• ‘Prime Unshipped’ orders will
contain both Easy Ship & Self
Ship orders
• All Local shops orders received
before cut-off time must be
processed and shipped on the
same day to avoid auto
cancellation and order beyond
cut-off time must be
processed the immediate next
working day

2. Identify Easy Ship and Local Shops orders
4. On ‘Manage Orders’ page, Orders with ‘Schedule Pickup’ options are Easy
Ship Orders
5. Any order with ‘Buy Shipping’ & ‘Confirm Shipment’ along with tags like
‘Priority’ (Same day), ‘Next Day Delivery’ (One day), ‘Second Day’ (Two
day) delivery options are Local Shops orders.
6. Click on ‘Schedule pickup’ button to process your Easy Ship orders
7. Click on ‘Confirm Shipment’ for shipping order through an integrated
carrier
(or)
Click on ‘Buy Shipping’ for shipping order by yourself or through a non-
integrated carrier

which allow Amazon to fetch
order tracking details from
their systems so that the
order status can be updated
to the customers
• Integrated Carrier List: Blue
Dart, Xpressbees, Bombax,
Delhivery, The Professional
Couriers, Fedex, DTDC,

Maruti courier, Shree
Tirupati courier, Safexpress,

3. Processing Easy Ship orders
8. On clicking ‘Schedule Pickup’ against an order, you will be redirected to a new page like the one below
9. Enter the details like ‘Package weight’, ‘Package Dimensions’ and ‘Package Identifier’  Click on ‘Get Pickup Slots’
10. Select a convenient ‘Pickup day’ and ‘Pickup time’  Click on ‘Schedule Pickup’

• Make sure your orders are
scheduled for pickup by
12:45 PM and kept ready for
handing over to pick up
associate by 1:00 PM
• Make sure the Pickup date is
on or before the ‘Ship by’
date

4. Process Local Shops Orders - Confirm Shipment
11. Once you click on ‘Confirm Shipment’ against an order, you’ll be re-directed to a new page like the one below
12. Fill in details like ‘Ship Date’, ‘Carrier’ and ‘Tracking ID’  Click on ‘Self Ship – Confirm Shipment’
• The tracking ID must be unique
and valid and should map to
the order
• Please make sure to select the
right carrier name and enter a
valid tracking ID to maintain
performance metrics. The ID
must be trackable on the
carrier website

5. Process Local Shops Orders - Buy
Shipping
13. When you click on ‘Buy Shipping’
against an order, you will be redirected
to a new page like the one to the right.
14. Enter details like ‘Packaging’, and
‘Weight’  Click on ‘Buy Shipping’ to
generate barcode and shipping label
15. Print the shipping label and paste it on
the package before shipping to
customer
• While using the ‘Buy Shipping’
option, it is mandatory to use
the Amazon delivery app to
update pick up and delivery
related scans. Failing to do so
will be a hit on your
Performance metrics like VTR
(Valid Tracking Rate) & DEA
(Delivery Estimate Accuracy)

6. Click on ‘Process Orders’ button below to reach Manage Orders page and start processing your
Local Shops orders
