availability of credit, consumer preferences,
investor preferences, price of substitutes are
determinant. More concentration will be on the
mega and developing cities as well as sourcing
for funds from the financial institutions so as to
enable a long term plan for the payment of the
properties by the prospective owners.

managed by me to ensure a limited gap
between the Developer(The parent company)
and the Contractor. Working out with a
financial plan with a co-operate body for
finance of project and for the ease in payment
of the property by the prospective owner over
a period of time.
