SLR - Straight leg rise
1) lie on floor
2) prop yr back up on yr elbows
3) bend yr Lt knee , keeping foot on floor
4) keep Rt leg straight , toe pointed up
5) tighten thigh muscle of Rt leg
6) slowly and smoothly use yr thigh muscles - not yr back to raise yr leg
7) hold for 5 secs
8) repeat 10 times
9) switch legs
10) if this is hard then do quad set
