The document outlines plans for an opening film sequence involving three characters: two antagonists and one victim. The antagonists have been dealing drugs but one decides to leave with the organization's money. When the others find out, they go looking to kill him. Scenes include close-ups of shoes, a gun, and a man sitting, as well as longer shots of the men walking and driving away in a car to a parking garage. Costumes for the antagonists will include black suits, ties, shoes and hats to portray them as gangsters and fit with the gangster film genre.
Uses and Gratification Theory proposes that individuals actively select media to fulfill personal needs and preferences. Elihu Katz introduced the theory in 1974, finding that people use media to their advantage based on individual purposes. The document then discusses several gratifications or benefits people may seek from media, including surveillance or safety, escapism from problems, personal identity or comparison to characters, personal relationships through shared experiences, recognition of genres, being informed, social interaction, entertainment, and filling time.

This document discusses the concept of openness in organizations. It contains 10 sections labeled with terms like vision, transparency, diversity, and agility. The main point conveyed is that while many organizations say they are open, few are truly open in practice. Openness requires independence of thought among members and collaboration beyond traditional boundaries to solve complex problems.
