COMPANY OVERVIEW
• The Baby Life Seat Company is a pre-revenue
startup with a U.S. Coast Guard tested prototype
and 3 granted patents.
• The prototype was developed recognizing that
existing laws demand safety products that are
conspicuously absent for the increasing number of
traveling babies, under 2 years of age, globally.
• Our mission is to provide the same level of safety to
babies afforded every other passenger with our new
certified life saving device in a ubiquitous car seat
design.
• The Baby Life Seat meets marine and aviation safety
needs, complies with the law, and creates a new
level of safety for the most vulnerable travelers.

THE EXISTING PROBLEM!
• Parents around the world travel with anxiety,
but no viable solution, for their baby’s safety
on boats and planes. Child safety concerns
and existing laws go unmet in these two
travel sectors.
• Out of 131 million babies born yearly, we
estimate 11%, 14 million globally, traveling
at risk on boats and planes.
• Existing car seats only operate in cars, are
not effective in the air and on the water, and
offer no location tracking devices.

OUR SOLUTION
• The BLS is a certified portable flotation
device using infant car seat design. But it is
effective beyond cars onto boats and
planes.
• Its GPS location feature is a hi-tech solution
to parental baby-tracking worries.
• To car seat manufacturers, the BLS provides
a revenue stream into 2 new untapped
markets.
• To parents, it is the first all-travel-mode
government certified safety device.
• The solution to universal child safety travel.4
OUR ADVANTAGES
• Our 3 patents, 6059360-6412865-

righting features.
• 6 more patents will come from final
engineering.
• Our GPS locator feature is unique and
our added next-gen tech features will set
us apart from competitors.
• We have no current competitors in the
marine and aviation travel sectors and
on those boats and planes our solution
is required by law.

COMPETITION
• There are no certified Type 1 infant PFDs for ocean
use on boats. We anticipate Cruise Line and leisure
boater acceptance.
• Our GPS function adds to the protective value.
• Standard car seats can go on planes, but do not
meet requirements for a flotation device. We see no
immediate competitors.
• The BLS will create a new space in child safety
when traveling, but existing car seat companies have
a grip on the automotive space that they should be
anxious to enhance by licensing our technologies.
We provide them with access to the Marine and
Aviation markets where they currently have no
traction.
• We expect our patents and IP to encourage
licensing/branding opportunities with many family
focused and safety enthusiastic brands.

MARKET EXECUTION
• Our first goal will be to identify a car seat company
open to manufacture the BLS or else fund
production ourselves at existing car seat assembly
plants via pre-orders and business loans/grants.
• Our next goal is to market to the Cruise Lines,
marinas and leisure boaters using our Coast Guard
certification as a validator.
• Our next goal is to pitch and license to existing car
seat manufacturers to offer them a new revenue
stream into the marine and aviation markets, where
they do not currently market any products.
• We will sell our main and peripheral safety-focused
products via our website globally and seek reps and
distributors to carry our BLS to the retail markets.
Our certifications, GPS feature and new product
status will be our secret sauce.

REVENUE GENERATION
• In our first operating year, we project 10,877
units sold creating $4.3M in sales @ $399 per
unit. At 5% royalty, we project $215,000 in
revenue.
• Year 2 sales projected at 107,964 units creating
$43.07M revenue, generating royalties of
$2,154,000.
• Year 3 sales projected at 202,020 units creating
$80.6M and royalties of $4,030,000.
• Year 4 sales projected at 302,811 units sold
creating $120.82M revenue, generating and
royalties of $6,040,000.
• Year 5 sales projected at 436,568 units sold
creating $174.19M revenue generating
royalties of $8,710,000.

OUR HIRING PLANS
• The CEO, Tom Giacoponello, will take
the BLS to certification. During that
process, he will use his skills as a former
recruiter of 30 years to hire the licensing,
marketing and manufacturing team key
members.
• We will look to hire these teams in
offices near our assembly plant.

USE OF FUNDS RAISED
• $800K will bring us to final production
status in 10 months: $485K for design
and hazard engineering; $200K for
production molds; $115K Company
operation.
• $500K will take us to certification and
company formation in 6 months: $100K
for models; $200K for NHTSA, FAA,
USCG testing; $200K for patents
applications and pre-order generation.

COMPANY OVERVIEW • The Baby Life Seat Company is a pre-revenue startup with a U.S. Coast Guard tested prototype and 3 granted patents. • The prototype was developed recognizing that existing laws demand safety products that are conspicuously absent for the increasing number of traveling babies, under 2 years of age, globally. • Our mission is to provide the same level of safety to babies afforded every other passenger with our new certified life saving device in a ubiquitous car seat design. • The Baby Life Seat meets marine and aviation safety needs, complies with the law, and creates a new level of safety for the most vulnerable travelers. 2
  • 3. THE EXISTING PROBLEM! • Parents around the world travel with anxiety, but no viable solution, for their baby’s safety on boats and planes. Child safety concerns and existing laws go unmet in these two travel sectors. • Out of 131 million babies born yearly, we estimate 11%, 14 million globally, traveling at risk on boats and planes. • Existing car seats only operate in cars, are not effective in the air and on the water, and offer no location tracking devices. 3
  • 4. OUR SOLUTION • The BLS is a certified portable flotation device using infant car seat design. But it is effective beyond cars onto boats and planes. • Its GPS location feature is a hi-tech solution to parental baby-tracking worries. • To car seat manufacturers, the BLS provides a revenue stream into 2 new untapped markets. • To parents, it is the first all-travel-mode government certified safety device. • The solution to universal child safety travel.4

OUR ADVANTAGES • Our 3 patents, 6059360-6412865- 6702380, protect flotation and self righting features. • 6 more patents will come from final engineering. • Our GPS locator feature is unique and our added next-gen tech features will set us apart from competitors. • We have no current competitors in the marine and aviation travel sectors and on those boats and planes our solution is required by law. 5
  • 6. COMPETITION • There are no certified Type 1 infant PFDs for ocean use on boats. We anticipate Cruise Line and leisure boater acceptance. • Our GPS function adds to the protective value. • Standard car seats can go on planes, but do not meet requirements for a flotation device. We see no immediate competitors. • The BLS will create a new space in child safety when traveling, but existing car seat companies have a grip on the automotive space that they should be anxious to enhance by licensing our technologies. We provide them with access to the Marine and Aviation markets where they currently have no traction. • We expect our patents and IP to encourage licensing/branding opportunities with many family focused and safety enthusiastic brands. 6

MARKET EXECUTION • Our first goal will be to identify a car seat company open to manufacture the BLS or else fund production ourselves at existing car seat assembly plants via pre-orders and business loans/grants. • Our next goal is to market to the Cruise Lines, marinas and leisure boaters using our Coast Guard certification as a validator. • Our next goal is to pitch and license to existing car seat manufacturers to offer them a new revenue stream into the marine and aviation markets, where they do not currently market any products. • We will sell our main and peripheral safety-focused products via our website globally and seek reps and distributors to carry our BLS to the retail markets. Our certifications, GPS feature and new product status will be our secret sauce. 7

At 5% royalty, we project $215,000 in revenue. • Year 2 sales projected at 107,964 units creating $43.07M revenue, generating royalties of $2,154,000. • Year 3 sales projected at 202,020 units creating $80.6M and royalties of $4,030,000. • Year 4 sales projected at 302,811 units sold creating $120.82M revenue, generating and royalties of $6,040,000. • Year 5 sales projected at 436,568 units sold creating $174.19M revenue generating royalties of $8,710,000. 8
  • 9. OUR HIRING PLANS • The CEO, Tom Giacoponello, will take the BLS to certification. During that process, he will use his skills as a former recruiter of 30 years to hire the licensing, marketing and manufacturing team key members. • We will look to hire these teams in offices near our assembly plant. 9

USE OF FUNDS RAISED • $800K will bring us to final production status in 10 months: $485K for design and hazard engineering; $200K for production molds; $115K Company operation. • $500K will take us to certification and company formation in 6 months: $100K for models; $200K for NHTSA, FAA, USCG testing; $200K for patents applications and pre-order generation. 10
