Job Purpose Summary:
The General Park Manager operatesandsupervisesall functionsof the facilityat GetAirTrampoline
Park,including:maintainasafe andoperatingenvironment,monitorandrecorddailyoperations,
manage and prepare budget,maintainanefficientlevel of suppliesandstaff,processinvoices,
coordinate events/parties,execute marketingstrategies,maintainthe park,retainoverall responsibility
for facilityandthe staff,andensure the highestsafetyandprofitabilityof the park.
Essential Function:Most jobresponsibilitiescanbe conductedonsite atthe park,overthe phone,
throughemail,and/oronthe computer.There will be occasionswhentasksare addressedwithinthe
communityof the park.
Benefits and Salary:
For the durationof the TrainingProgram the Cadetwill be compensatedbasedonanhourlyrate. Once
graduatedfromtraining,we will discuss anappropriate salarybasedonanumberof factors suchas
locationof the park, andcost of living. There will alsobe potential formonthlybonusbasedonthe
Park’sprofits.

3. Manage,train, andeducate all employeesatthe park.
4. Oversee schedulingof employees.
5. Control operatingbudgetandmaintainarecordof accountabilityforall Parkexpenses.
6. CreatingperiodicreportsonprofitabilityandROIforOwners.
7. Supervise employeestoensure properbehaviorwhile onthe job.
8. Advertise fornewhires,evaluateresumes, interview andhire new employeesforthe Park.
9. Disciplineemployeesandwhennecessaryterminate employees.
10. Organize systemstotrack andreport the ROI forall marketingstrategies.
11. Market Park viasocial media,printads,etc.
12. Oversee the orderingof operatingsupplies:wristbands,partysupplies,giftcards,janitorial
supplies,etc.
13. Oversee all charitable donationrequests. Monitorprocess.
14. Bookbirthdayparties,corporate events,etc. Coordinatewithemployeestocomplete andcarry
out the party or event.
15. Oversee all buildingmaintenance.
Key Qualifications:
 BusinessManagementdegree andatleast1-yearmanagementexperience oraHigh School
diplomawith1-3years of managementexperience.
 Understandingof marketingstrategies;includingsocial marketing.
 CertifiedinfirstaidandCPR.
 Knowledgeof QuickBooks,Facebook,Twitter,wordprocessingandspreadsheets.
 Excellentoral andwrittencommunicationskills,problemsolving,decisionmaking,conflict
management,customerservice,andorganizational skills.
