The K-6 Primary PDHPE syllabus consists of the development of 5
skills and 8 Strands.
Skills include: Moving, Problem-solving, communicating, interacting &

Games & Sport, Gymnastics, Dance, Active Lifestyle, Personal Health
Choices and Safe Living
Each stage uses these same skills and strands but builds on
knowledge and learnt skills from previous stages to encourage highly
knowledgable, skilled and coordinated students
