Slausen Presentation
The Slauson House Renovation project aims to [1] renovate the kitchen, living spaces, and bathroom to make them functional and ready for tenants to move in by Christmas. [2] The renovation plans include fixing plumbing, installing insulation and drywall, refinishing floors, and replacing fixtures in the kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways, and bathroom. [3] There are risks that materials may be unavailable or workers' schedules may prevent completion by the deadline, resulting in lost rental income.
