 Green Belts — These individuals are notfull-time Lean Six Sigma Program employees.They have other

 Black Belts — Black Belts are full-time Lean Six Sigma employees.Theydo not multitask with other
business activities.These individuals are the instructors,coaches,and mentors ofthe Green Belts and they
