I am currently the Senior Drilling Supervisor-Company Man for Dragon Oil in Turkmenistan
Caspian Sea Sea. In this position, I am responsible for leading and managing all activities relative
to offshore drilling and workover including the coordination of corresponding services and
equipment. I have met the challenge of optimizing drilling and multilateral wells through the use of
drilling engineering software in accordance with industry best practices. I consistently monitor
various projects to ensure that these are accomplished on time and within budget. Very familiar
with different drilling technology applications like MPD, Underbalance or Gas wells drilling with H2S
or HPHT conditions. Expired in all Well control situations and killing the wells, prevent and training
crew how to act in well control situations.
Highlights of my career thus far include gaining international experience through working in various
geographical locations such as Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Algeria, Georgia (ex SSSR), Egypt,
Albania, Syria, Congo DRC and Croatia. This has effectively developed my interpersonal skills
through exposure to individuals of different professional levels, disciplines and cultures.
