most popularly referred to as “personal computers” or PCs, the most common type of computer in the world.
Today, an average person uses computer-based assistance several times each day and it becomes an integral
part of our lives.Soitis veryimportantto be aware of and understand them. As an aspiring computer technician, it is
very important to know the different tools needed to install, fix and repair computers.
There are activitiesthat you will perform which involve the basic hand tools. At this point,you will work one
at a time with the classification of hand tools by:
a. Classifying the basic hand tools used in CHS
b. Name each tool according to its category
c. Give the functions of each tool
Exercises are prepared to let you master the skills while assessment exercises are provided to help
