This document describes a proposed online SIM card registration system. The current SIM registration process involves filling out paper forms, providing documentation, and couriering information for data entry. This system has issues like errors, fraudulent activities, and high costs. The proposed system allows for online form filling on a mobile app, capturing photos and biometric data, uploading information directly to a central server, and printing receipts. This paperless system eliminates errors and costs while improving security through encryption and authentication. If implemented, it could help reduce phone crimes in India by linking SIMs to verified identities.

4. ABSTRACT
1.This project is actually explaining about the importance of online sim
registration in which retailer has a log in id and password for the storing the
forms can be contributing for effectively for reduction of phone crime in India
.
2. The India telecommunication commission (ITC'S) can be a drastic Method
in putting a stop of every criminal act made, in the use of mobile phone.
3. The sim registration process, will not only help in finding out every illegal or
criminal act committed by various individuals, but also has contributed
to the nation in knowing the volume or the number of persons using a sim mobile
phones.

• For example, knowing the exact location, address, name, place and even
time of calls made by the individual will be trace out.

which mobile phones are being used in criminal activities in the country.

customers.

of the actual owner. Details to be captured during the sim card.

• DATA BASE : Database is any collection of data organized for storage
in a computer memory and designed for easy access by authorized
users. The data may be in the form of text, numbers, or encoded
graphics
• PIN NUMBER: Is a personal identity number is basically provided for
subscriber making use of the subscriber’s identity module (SIM), for
private used for the subscriber.
• NET BEANS : Netbeans is a text editor for managing the jsp (Java
server pages) and connectivity for JDBC(java data base connectivity).
• TOMCAT SERVER : The server plays vital role in managing the host
role.
