Sahil Vora: Founder/Managing Director
• Sahil plays a general management and business development role at SILA. His current focus is on building the
Construction & Project management business with CM&D
• Prior to SILA, he has held positions at George Weiss Associates, a USD 3 billion hedge fund, at UBS & at Morgan
Stanley in the USA. He was also a member of a core team that led a political campaign for a current Indian
Member of Parliament, Cabinet Minister
• He holds Bachelors in Economics & International Studies from Trinity College, USA
• Sahil has also been a competitive squash player, representing India at various International events
Rushabh Vora: Co-founder/Director
• Rushabh oversees the Facility Management business and plays a business development role. His current focus
is to scale the FM business and develop business for SILA
• Prior to SILA, Rushabh worked with the Investment Banking Division at UBS, Lazard and BGC Cantor Fitzgerald
in New York and Singapore
• He holds a Bachelors in Economics & Chinese (Mandarin) from Trinity College, USA and a Masters in Business
Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD, France/Singapore
• Rushabh has also represented India at various International squash tournaments
