The project covered the reasons behind the merger, its deal structuring and its consequences.
The biggest merger deal of its time amounting to $182 Billion being the world’s first internet
age media and communication company

Suggestive IMC strategy for Goodricke Group Ltd.
Goodricke Group which has its reputation for producing fine tea is now planning to diversify into
the coffee segment as well. The project mainly dealt with framing various IMC strategy to
go about in the process in order to enter the market on a successful note.
 Finance - Financial Markets & Investment
Risk Calculation of Infosys ltd.
In depth analysis of the Infosys stock price was done in order to find out insights about
the company’s performance. Systematic and unsystematic risk was calculated and the beta
was figured out for the same.
 Project Management
Bandra – Worli Sea - Link
One of the biggest project work undertaken in India, the project deals with how efficiently the
construction was carried out. Thorough out research was done to come to a conclusion.

Study on Balance Sheet under IFRS
A study on IFRS and also the difference between the old schedule VI and the new schedule VI
under the companies act and its significance.
