- Created ​portal for molecular connectivity map of the mouse brain​. Integrated
gene expression data obtained from the mouse brain from laboratory experiments
with standardised gene expression and connectivity data Allen Brain Initiative

- Created ​portal for analysis of RNASeq gene expression dat​a. The portal allows
for analysis of gene expression data as a counts matrix or cuffdiff file. The portal

large terabyte EEG time-series data sets​. This is a Python / Django based
web-application, with a C++ / GPU based backend for efficient parallel
computation. The application accepts user​ ​parameters for spectral analysis, and
then performs some numerical computations using​ ​the Python packages numpy,
scipy and spectrum, before submitting a task to a Celery worker​ ​process listening
in on a Rabbit MQ server.
