Beaconator
Summer 2016 – Industry project for Volteo Ltd [ Intel Start up based out of Intel, Chandler campus]
o Built a product in the health care domain to track critical medical devices using Bluetooth Low Energy and Internet of Things (IoT) protocols.
o Developed a cross-platform mobile application to discover the medical devices and publish to IoT broker through MQTT messages.
o Features include last seen information and prediction of a device getting lost, visualized in an interactive web socket web application.
o Implemented user specific device customization and feature to display history of device locations.

People Count Dashboard
Fall 2016 – Volteo Ltd [ Intel Start up based out of Intel, Chandler campus]
o Designed and implemented dashboard with interactive graphs and visualization of real time statistics.
o Performed real time analytics of the data coming from live sensors which capture peoples’ movement.
o Implemented scalable REST API based server and deployed them using Docker containers in AWS.

Visual Analytics and Recommenders
o Developed a system which is intelligent and visually intuitive to analyze large volume of WebMD discussion forum dataset.
o Built a visual recommender for recommending closest topics using LSI and Jaccaurd similarity. Conducted extensive Categorization and
classification of topics based on custom algorithm developed using key features for every topic.
o Used various visualization techniques to represent the analyzed data in a most intuitive way.
o Processed a large collection of WebMD textual datasets using R and conducted network visualization using Gephi.
