This application collects customer information, determines customer’s ranking (score) and closing costs and finally registers that loan into processing system. It also automatically sends pre-approval or denial letters to the customers. Other application is a processing system which handles servicing of real estate mortgages. The application has capability to handle all type of real estate mortgages from conventional to government mortgages. In some module it is a two tier application and in other modules it is three tiers having a JAVA based Middle Tier. Role: Onsite Lead (2007): I had a team of 3 onsite and 8 offshore members.
