A charity Fashion Show for CPAA in collaboration with Fevicol, Shaina NC & Vikram Phadnis,
where 100 celebrities walked the ramp for the cause, along with many celebrities performed
on stage, to name a few, Terrence Lewis, Shankar Mahadevan, Neeti Mohan, Comedian Bharti
etc. Ranbir Kapoor was the Chief Guest, to felicitate the Survivors of Cancer. This was a Fund
Raiser Event sponsored by Fevicol
On Job Activities Include
Coordinating with vendors, getting the creatives approved n printed for Branding, arranging
F&B, greenrooms, Collaterals, Backstage and Artist Management, Sound & Light, Production,
F&B Management for crew & Artist.

Activity, Britannia, Schwarzkopf Nyle, Apple I Phone, Godrej Castrol, Gulf Air, Kerala Tourism,

Activation, Coordination & Execution.
On Job Activities Include
Coordinating with Client for requirement details, Creative Checklist & Printing for Branding,
Budget Closure, Production Management, Manpower Management, Execution & Coordination,

Executed various projects like Promos & Reality Shows for a Channel which includes handling
all the production work right from coordinating with the producers team for the plots (Scripts)
& requirements, finalizing the locations for the Shoot, actively participating for the Planning &
Execution of the Shoot & Budget
1) Traveljini.com – Worked on Theatre permissions with Sterling, Regal,
Starcity and Cinemax for 45 days for an ICICI’s new portal.
2) Citibank (Banking Products). –
• Theme - Sparkles. Worked on street promotions at linking rd,
Warden Road and Juhu Tara Road, being placed streetlights,
pillars and high land pillars and organized 180 promoters to
promote Citibank products.
• In shop Activity. Worked on 15 outlets across Mumbai for
permissions, tie-ups and arranging over 60 promoters.
• Float Activity. Worked on arranging 8 Eicher Vehicles, designed
and fabricated as per client requirements. Also did BMC &
Traffic Police’s permissions with arranging promoters for the
same.
• Theatre Activity. Worked on theatre permissions and tie-ups,
arranging for promoters and customer satisfactory items; such
as compares, mascots, gift articles, etc…
3) Radio city 91 FM. – Tie-ups with HPCL Petrol pumps and arranging for
promoters for the same.
4) Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. –Petro Card. Tie-ups with BPCL
Petrol pumps and arranging for promoters for the same.
• In & Out Arranging for promoters, gifts and other peripherals
required for the promotion activity
5) Star Plus – Launch of 3 serials, promotion done on stations, temples
and free bus service for public with serial’s branding done on the bus
from Siddhivinayak to Borivali stn with the respective permission work
done.
6) Citibank. – Managed the stage and the backdrop of Shaan Live
Performance on stage and managed the Cocktail dinner party of around
400 pax at Taj Lands End, Bandra.
7) HSBC (Kala Ghoda Art Festival) – Being organized the designs of
highland pillars and warli pillars and juice counters for the VIP’s.
8) Citigroup – Being organized the games for the staff at the town hall
meeting at Hotel Retreat (a formal get together) with lunch and
dinner.
9) Citibank. - Inauguration of various ATM’s in Mumbai, with floral décor,
caterers and welcome gifts.
10) SKF. – Worked on 60 cities of India for the dealers and mechanics
seminars in 5-star hotels, organized magnetic system setup, lighting
arrangements and other as per client requirements.
11) Cartoon Network. – Seventy’s. Being organized Toon Cricket for kids
at Andheri Sports Complex. Managed cartoon characters playing
cricket.
Promotions:
1) Cadbury in-shop promotion activity. DDB Mudra/Kidstuff. Worked on
shop permissions and tie–ups, arranging the promoters for 60 outlets
across Mumbai for 2 months.
2) Cartoon Network. – Seventy’s. Worked on school permissions and tie-
ups, also organized contests and gifts for kids.

July ‘06 – February ‘11 | Sangeet Audio Visuals Studio | Visual Fx and Recording
Worked on various Animation, Advertising, Branding Projects.
Some Freelance Projects:
• Nationwide campaign for TVS Tyres – the aim of the promotion was to spread the awareness
and brand recall value for TVS tyres among the mass users (two wheeler’s, auto users).This
campaign included a 20 day activation in highlight cities of different state’s – which included
canter road show, mall activation, bike & auto tagging, In Shop branding at the Mechanic and
Tyre outlet stores and a Health Check Up camp for the auto owners. The health check-up
served as a major sale boosting factor, as live product demo with discount schemes swung the
TG towards booking of the product. The activation was carried out in 10 states across India and
the campaign was a turned success by increasing Market Share for the Brand in each state.
Thereby making the activation an early process for the brand.
• SBI M-Mobile Campaign – Aimed at launching the mobile cash wallet for SBI among the local
users of the bank. The campaign was not just targeted for the educated but for the daily
working class who line up outside SBI branches every morning to send petty cash home in cities
like Mumbai, Delhi etc.The campaign included full forced promotion in both the metro cities
one after the other.The
promotion included banner placements, in shop brandings, college banners and promoter check
in support at the high frequency mobile recharge shops in highly populated areas.
Services rendered to: Coca Cola, Thumbs Up, Microsoft, Kingfisher, Castrol India etc.
• Individual account handling for Castrol India PAN India level. The activation was aimed at
increasing and refurbishing the image of Castrol PitStop across India. A unique car service
feature which crossed new barriers for car servicing.
The feature included refurbishing Castrol Service Centres across India in accord to the CI
requirement and guidelines. A highly time motivated campaign as each state had different
dates of fulfilment attached to themselves. A project which required 24*7 logistical and a quick
creative support turnaround to insure speedy delivery.
• Thumbs Up Jalsa – An annual property for the Josh drink, the aim being to getting back to its
core consumers the message of Josh in a whole new spectrum. A tier 2 city promotion across
North India which involved extensive logistical, production, servicing and creative support
along with crowd insurance at each event. The event was a one day saga in each city which
included international BMX riders, stunt ramps, across the city in a nutshell.
• Designed & executed the show for footwear designer Swati Mehrotra, promoting her brand
Swati, launching the calendar Fashion With Dates 2010.
• Force India Racing Nights - Screening of F1 Races at Venues like Firangi Paani, Mumbai Times
Café.
• Canon Year End Bash - Canons Year End Party @ Hotel Leela, Retro Theme.
• Herbalife Team Retreat - A 4 Day long Event (@ Hotel Renaissance) which included 3 Day
Training .for the Team from All over India (which had live Translation into 6 Languages).
• Canon COMM IT Exhibition - Handled Canons Stall at COMM IT Exhibition for 4 days.
• Canon Dealers Meet - Canon Dealers Meet for 3 Days at Hotel Radisson in Alibaug.
• Dhanlaxmi Branch Openings - Handled Openings in Mumbai along with Co-ordination in other
cities (15 Branches in a Day)
• Stills 2010 – A Corporate Photography Festival:- Executed this Property with Activations in 36
corporates and an Exhibition like set-up inside a mall. Jury members included Rafique Sayyed,
Wardhan & Shweta Salve. With a good line-up of Sponsors like Lonely Planet magazine (Times
of India), Cox & Kings, I-Store (Apple) Olympus, Zoomin & R-City Mall, the Event gave a
platform to deal with different Brands at the same time, thus helping to understand the
marketing & branding aspects of an Event in a better & a practical way.
• Sportlich 2010 - An Annual Indoor Sports Property in Andheri Sports Complex.
• I Movement - Was a part of Conceptualization & Execution of this Event, which was Virtual
Gaming Competition between Corporates (16 from every city). The 3 city (Mumbai, Delhi &
Bangalore) was aimed at promoting the Launch of a new Gaming Console from Sony
PlayStation.
• Nevaan Cup 2.0 - Executed the 2nd
was a 2 day Box Cricket Tournament inside a mall, which
included Activations inside the Corporates.
• Perfect Couple Packaging - Started work with the Channel with the Packaging for show on
Channel V called ‘Perfect Couple’. Had successfully handled the coordination while pre-
production of the shoot, was assisting the Floor Manager to learn the basics of managing the
floor while running the show.
• Love Kia To Darna Kya Promo - Assisted the Project Head for the Promo shoot of an
upcoming show on Channel, had also been a part of Planning and Execution team & was
involved in arrangement of props & vendor coordination of the shoot.
• Love Net 2 (Mumbai Shoot):- Had worked for the Mumbai Shoot of the show Love Net 2 and
successfully handled the Planning & Execution, which included coordinating with the Producers
Team for Requirement & Planning &Execution. Also was coordinating with the vendors for the
requirements & with location Authorities for smooth Execution of the Shoot.
• Axe Ur Ex Season 2 - Worked on this show called Axe Ur Ex 2, for the Delhi & Mumbai
schedule, successfully handing the Location Tie-Ups for the shoot along with the Pre-
Production Planning & Execution.
• Style Junkie - Currently working on this Show, which is a Fashion Based Show aimed at
guiding the viewers on the latest Fashion Trends.

The health check-up served as a major sale boosting factor, as live product demo with discount schemes swung the TG towards booking of the product. The activation was carried out in 10 states across India and

Thereby making the activation an early process for the brand. • SBI M-Mobile Campaign – Aimed at launching the mobile cash wallet for SBI among the local users of the bank. The campaign was not just targeted for the educated but for the daily working class who line up outside SBI branches every morning to send petty cash home in cities like Mumbai, Delhi etc.The campaign included full forced promotion in both the metro cities one after the other.The promotion included banner placements, in shop brandings, college banners and promoter check in support at the high frequency mobile recharge shops in highly populated areas. Services rendered to: Coca Cola, Thumbs Up, Microsoft, Kingfisher, Castrol India etc. • Individual account handling for Castrol India PAN India level. The activation was aimed at increasing and refurbishing the image of Castrol PitStop across India. A unique car service feature which crossed new barriers for car servicing. The feature included refurbishing Castrol Service Centres across India in accord to the CI requirement and guidelines. A highly time motivated campaign as each state had different dates of fulfilment attached to themselves. A project which required 24*7 logistical and a quick creative support turnaround to insure speedy delivery. • Thumbs Up Jalsa – An annual property for the Josh drink, the aim being to getting back to its core consumers the message of Josh in a whole new spectrum. A tier 2 city promotion across North India which involved extensive logistical, production, servicing and creative support along with crowd insurance at each event.
