This presentation describes the role of governments in entrepreneurship. Some good examples are China Taipei, Red China, Malaysia, Singapore and USA. Governments are traditionally seen as very poor in business management. (I think it still is.) But Taipei and Singapore did very well in its role. To a large extent, Red China and its Central Bank are making direct investments not only in currencies, bonds and financial instruments but directly in commodities and businesses. And we should admire the Chinese officials for their courage and risk taking.
This is a lecture on capitalism, entrepreneurship, and international finance. The seminal ideas came from Dick Smick who is privy to many events and upheavals in intl finance. He had a book on "The World is Curved" He describes in broad stroke the role of entrepreneurship in international finance , and how finance shapes entrepreneurship

Currently pi network is not tradable on binance or any other exchange because we are still in the enclosed mainnet.
Right now the only way to sell pi coins is by trading with a verified merchant.
What is a pi merchant?
A pi merchant is someone verified by pi network team and allowed to barter pi coins for goods and services.
Since pi network is not doing any pre-sale The only way exchanges like binance/huobi or crypto whales can get pi is by buying from miners. And a merchant stands in between the exchanges and the miners.
I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant. I and my friends has traded more than 6000pi coins successfully

Introduction to Indian Financial System ()Avanish Goel

It facilitates the flow of funds form the households (savers) to business firms (investors) to aid in wealth creation and development of both the parties
The European Unemployment Puzzle: implications from population agingGRAPE
We study the link between the evolving age structure of the working population and unemployment. We build a large new Keynesian OLG model with a realistic age structure, labor market frictions, sticky prices, and aggregate shocks. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.
how to sell pi coins on Bitmart crypto exchangeDOT TECH
Yes. Pi network coins can be exchanged but not on bitmart exchange. Because pi network is still in the enclosed mainnet. The only way pioneers are able to trade pi coins is by reselling the pi coins to pi verified merchants.
A verified merchant is someone who buys pi network coins and resell it to exchanges looking forward to hold till mainnet launch.
I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with.

how to sell pi coins effectively (from 50 - 100k pi)DOT TECH
Anywhere in the world, including Africa, America, and Europe, you can sell Pi Network Coins online and receive cash through online payment options.
Pi has not yet been launched on any exchange because we are currently using the confined Mainnet. The planned launch date for Pi is June 28, 2026.
Reselling to investors who want to hold until the mainnet launch in 2026 is currently the sole way to sell.
Consequently, right now. All you need to do is select the right pi network provider.
Who is a pi merchant?
An individual who buys coins from miners on the pi network and resells them to investors hoping to hang onto them until the mainnet is launched is known as a pi merchant.

how to swap pi coins to foreign currency withdrawable.DOT TECH
As of my last update, Pi is still in the testing phase and is not tradable on any exchanges.
However, Pi Network has announced plans to launch its Testnet and Mainnet in the future, which may include listing Pi on exchanges.
The current method for selling pi coins involves exchanging them with a pi vendor who purchases pi coins for investment reasons.
If you want to sell your pi coins, reach out to a pi vendor and sell them to anyone looking to sell pi coins from any country around the globe.
Below is the contact information for my personal pi vendor.

If you are interested in selling your pi coins, i have a verified pi merchant, who buys pi coins and resell them to exchanges looking forward to hold till mainnet launch.
Because the core team has announced that pi network will not be doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges like huobi, bitmart and hotbit can get pi is by buying from miners.
Now a merchant stands in between these exchanges and the miners. As a link to make transactions smooth. Because right now in the enclosed mainnet you can't sell pi coins your self. You need the help of a merchant,

9. Is it Helping?
“We’ve had conversations with people and think
it’s nice, but we haven’t seen any rush to hire new
people or build new facilities,” Robinett said.
“There’s still the tendency to wait for the demand
first. It’s unusual to take the approach to build up
the supply and expect the demand to come.”
~Tom Robinett, VP for Government Affairs

10. Better Question: Whom is it Helping?
• Growth in private sector jobs

percentage point
• KS is behind MO, OK and CO
• Kansas Legislative Research

spending enough money, to keep sales and profits growing
16. How Government Hurts
• When the economy starts to
weaken, unemployment rises
and the deficit increases
• The impulse is to fight against
it (with austerity) to keep the
deficit in check
• But that only makes things
worse
• Like turning the wheel in the

• You have to turn into the skid
to regain balance

Editor's Notes
You have to be very careful with a question like this. If you think you’ve got an easy answer, you’re probably oversimplifying.
If your answer to the question “What are the best ways to grow the economy?” includes only this recommendation, you’re probably oversimplifying!
Here’s one philosophy about how to help grow jobs and the economy.
And here’s how that philosophy gets executed in the policy arena. Government’s job is to set the right “atmosphere” for the job creators, who will unleash their talents once you remove burdensome taxes and regulations.
This is the magic of Supply-Side economics or “Voo-doo economics” as it came to be known.
Art Laffer was paid $70k for those pearls of wisdom.
The economic equivalent of the “Field of Dreams.” The idea that if you build it, they will come. Does it work?
Only demographic where he is ahead is with those who have no high-school degree. Leading in age, gender and race in virtually every poll.
Also why states with highest average incomes are those least dependent on federal government transfer payments.
Capitalism is a system that only works when there are enough buyers to keep sales and profits up.
We used to have a much more unstable system than the one we have today. We had a very small government, no Central Bank and a gold standard. As bad as the Great Recession (2007-2009) was, it was nothing compared to the Great Depression or the many depressions that preceded it. Families lost their farms, bank deposits, homes, etc. It took years and sometimes decades to recover, only to face another depression soon after.
The US economy was hemorrhaging jobs during the Great Recession. The recession itself was brought on by the bursting of a massive real estate bubble driven by fraudulent lending practices (lenders, auditors, brokers, ratings agencies, etc.) and a huge run-up in private debt.
Probably the most important way the federal government helps in the modern era. Full-blown depressions are avoided because we have institutionalized the response of government. It puts a floor under incomes to support sales!!!! Unemployment compensation, Medicaid, Food Stamps, etc., etc. And progressive income taxes. Means the deficit automatically increases when unemployment is rising. When the economy is recovering (people are finding jobs again), the deficit automatically shrinks.
When the private sector tightens its belt, the government must loosen its belt. If everyone tightens at the same time …. The economy will contact.
There’s your “crushing burden of debt and inferior standard of living” Congressman Ryan!
Earning $10.10/hr for 40hrs/week, 52 weeks/yr = $21,008 (gross annual income), enough to get a family of 2, 3 or 4 out of poverty with one person working full time.
These some of things that government can do to help lay a foundation for long-term prosperity.
