10. Case Study 1 – IVC Group
IVC Group are a worldwide organisation with their European
headquarters in Belgium. They sell vinyl flooring under the
Leoline, Avenue and Moduleo brands in the UK and Ireland

11. We’ve worked for IVC since 2008
We store, collate, distribute and install all of their PoS
materials and display stands throughout the UK and Ireland
As well as ad-hoc stand installations, maintenance and
replacement we also carry out annual merchandising
updates of 2600 shops over an 8 week period every year
We manage and report on all activities via the client’s SAP
CRM system

12. Case Study 2 – Unilin Flooring
Unilin are a worldwide organisation with their European
headquarters in Belgium. They sell laminate, wood and
vinyl flooring under the brands Pergo and Quick Step

13. Unilin have been a customer since 2009
We started by supporting them with retailer roadshows
showcasing their new display concepts to retailers across
the UK
Since then we have installed over 800 displays across the
UK and Ireland and each year we update the displays in
around 1000 shops
All activities planned and reported via Unilin SAP CRM

14. Case Study 3 – 2015 Rugby World Cup
We installed all of the event branding for the welcome
ceremonies held in locations such as Hampton Court Palace
and the Tower of London on behalf of our client ICON who
specialise in sporting event & promotional branding

15. We had five teams working on this program which involved
setting up for 20 ceremonies over the course of 11 days,
with up to 5 simultaneous ceremonies. Each team had just
two hours to set up and 2 hours to remove after each event
This was one of many ad-hoc projects that we have carried
out on behalf of ICON, others include installation of graphics
in department stores such as John Lewis and Debenhams to
support fragrance promotions

16. Jobs are scheduled and reported back on our web based
portal ‘expert-i’
Our installers all carry PDA devices which show them the
work allocated on a daily basis and which allows them to
sign off each completed job, capturing photographs and
comments as well as contact names and signatures from
the retailers. Each job is time and date stamped and
available for the client to view online immediately

17. We are Safe Contractor approved and a corporate member of
ROSPA.
All staff undergo regular H&S training and hold CSCS cards,
Asbestos Awareness and Ladder Safe qualifications. Most of
our senior staff are qualified First Aiders. We have specialists
with tickets for elevated platforms, scaffold towers, working
on fuel forecourts and qualified racking supervisors
We take the safety of our staff seriously and have an excellent
safety record
Health and Safety

18. We are committed to minimising the effects of our operation
on the environment. All of our waste is segregated and we
work with our waste partners to recycle as much of this as
possible
We carry out weekly vehicle inspections to ensure that all of
our vehicles are well maintained and running efficiently. All
staff are trained to drive responsibly and in an environmentally
friendly manner. We also utilise local teams where possible to
minimise distances travelled and vehicle emissions
We encourage staff to ‘switch off if not in use’ at our offices

19. ‘A massive thank you is owed to James and his team at
Expert Installations for the effort put into helping ICON create
the look of the Rugby World Cup welcome ceremonies.
Our client was exceptionally happy with the outcome as were
we with the look of the imagery in the media. The players
enjoyed the events and the whole process was made easy,
efficient and cost effective.’
