-Explain in person that Xavier students will be working on
promoting the event and possibly have Xavier students in
attendance

-Explain how important it is to have key information early,
such as: rosters, players to watch and halftime honorees

-Encourage them to get their student athletes more involved
by promoting the shootout via spoken word and social media

-Prepare PA announcements to hand them, which can be read
at each school’s athletic competitions and other events
