This document announces Shell's new offers program called ShellSelect2020 to strengthen partnerships with retailers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program provides higher profits to retailers through increased bonuses for selling select Shell lubricant products. Retailers can earn quarterly and annual bonuses for meeting volume targets from January to December 2020. Additional rewards are offered to retailers who qualified for the ShellSelectElite tier in 2018 or 2019. The terms specify the eligibility criteria and that Shell reserves the right to change the promotion.

1. Byparticipating in this program, each retailer unconditionally agrees to be contacted by SIMPL via email, SMS, Mobile and through any other digital media for Program related communication
and feedback
2. Theprogram is applicable for DRILLRetailers only, notfor theMCO, PCMO Independent Workshop (IWS) & Franchise Workshop (FWS)
3. Retailers can check their performance in the program through Authorized Shell Distributors
4. Only theSales Data captured in TALLYDMS/BIZOM of Authorized Shell Distributorswill be considered for calculation
5. Shell reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any point of time without any notice or assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
6. Incase of any dispute pertaining to program, thedecision of Shell India Markets Pvt. Ltd(SIMPL)will be final
7. All legal proceedings pertaining to theprogram are subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only
8. By participating in the program, each retailer unconditionally agrees to abide by the program terms and conditions and the decision of SIMPL shall be final and binding in all respects
9. Any evidence of clubbing of purchases or misrepresentation of actual purchase by the Retailer will lead to immediate disqualification from this program without any claims whatsoever
