This document outlines an agenda for group discussions about personal information sharing at work. It instructs participants to form groups to brainstorm examples of how personal information is used to increase business value. It then has participants discuss stories of how available personal information made an economic difference or where an opportunity was lost due to lack of information. Finally, it has groups come up with novel ideas to encourage people to share more personal information at work and pick one idea to try implementing the following week. Participants are asked to privately assess their curiosity about learning personal details of coworkers before and after the discussions.
