 Installed 150mm EATON NV10-80 Implanter with limited remote vendor guidance @ customer site
in 2011.
 Completed SLE,SLO & SL1 Including Tool power up, Subsystem Hook up including Tech Sign off.
 On site Co-ordination with RED Equipment Engineers (Singapore) for 3 Implanter
Installation.
