 Sub court also called subordinate court.
 it is to carry the functioning of state and
to help high court.
 District court, Magistrate court, Munsif
court are come under the sub court.
 These courts give verdict on the civil and
criminal cases.
DISTRICT COURT
 Every district have the district court.
 It look the welfare of the district.
 It administer justice in district level.
 It’s administration is under the high
court.
 The judges were appointed by the
state government.
 The judges of district court also
called metropolitan session judge.
Munsif And Magistrate Court
 It two are the lowest court of Indian
judiciary.
 The criminal cases were taking in
Magistrate courts.
 The most jurisdiction of civil cases
were in the Munsif Courts.
LOK ADALATH
 Also Called Village Court And
Nyaya Panchayath.
 Lok Adalath means Peoples court.
 Aim is to settle the cases with out
any delay.
 The cases settles through
negotiations and mutual
agreements.
