Recently announced plans to add another 38 miles of pipeline at a cost of $60 million. $390 million Columbiana Marathon Petroleum Corp. 3.6-acre property purchased at the Wellsville Intermodal Facility to be used as a truck offloading facility and a pipeline to transport the oil and gas to storage tanks that Marathon already has at the industrial park . $2.4 million Columbiana Consol Energy Leasing of office space at the Columbia County Port Authority’s industrial park in Leetonia. Annual lease pay- ments: $160,000 Columbiana Anchor Drilling Fluids USA Inc. Opened a drilling fluids production facility within the Columbiana County Port Authority’s Wellsville Intermodal Industrial Park; leased an additional acre in August on a month-to- month basis for $1,250 per month. Unknown + $1,250 per month Columbiana U.S. Silica Modified existing buildings and equipment at its East Liverpool location to accommodate the storage of a kind of silica known as Northern White frac sand. Unknown Columbiana North American Project Development LLC Plans to build an 800 MW natural gas-fired electric generation plant on a more than 30-acre site in Oregon, Ohio. Project is projected to create 400-600 construction jobs and 25 full-time jobs. $850 million Columbiana Utica East Ohio Midstream LLC (M3 Midstream joint venture with Chesapeake Midstream and EV Energy Partners) Building two plants for an estimated $900 million – one is a cryogenic plant in Columbiana County (Kensington); the other is a fractionation facility in Harrison County (Scio). The two will be connected with 60 miles of pipeline. The company plans to construct a third cryogenic plant in Carroll County (Leesville). Production began in September 2013.
