In the first quarter of the school year, the VERSES program decreased the number of learners with low reading comprehension. Teachers, volunteers and stakeholders conducted reading activities using 4B's materials for identified students on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1-1:20 PM. This resulted in promotion of reading comprehension levels for 23.26% of kindergarten to grade 3 students, 28.57% of grades 4 to 6 students, 17.50% of junior high school students, and 50% of senior high school students. The report was prepared by the SGC secretary and approved by the co-chairpersons.
