Mary Barra Chief Executive Officer General Motors
Mary Barra is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Motors Company. She was elected Chairman of the GM Board of Directors on January 4, 2016, and has served as
CEO of GM since January 15, 2014.
Under Barra’s leadership, GM envisions a world with zero crashes, to save lives; zero emissions, so future generations can inherit a healthier planet; and zero congestion, so customers
get back a precious commodity -- time. She’s focused on strengthening GM’s core business of great cars, trucks and crossovers, while also working to lead the transformation of
personal mobility through advanced technologies like connectivity, electrification, autonomous driving and car sharing. Barra has also established a strategic direction based on
putting the customer at the center of everything the company does.
Prior to becoming CEO, Barra served as Executive Vice President, Global Product Development, Purchasing & Supply Chain since August 2013, and as Senior Vice President, Global
Product Development since February 2011. In these roles, Barra and her teams were responsible for the design, engineering and quality of GM vehicle launches worldwide.
Previously, she served as Vice President, Global Human Resources; Vice President, Global Manufacturing Engineering; Plant Manager, Detroit Hamtramck Assembly; and in several
other executive engineering and staff positions.
Barra began her career with GM in 1980 as a General Motors Institute (Kettering University) co-op student at the Pontiac Motor Division. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science
degree in electrical engineering in 1985, followed by a Masters in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) in 1990.
Barra is a member of the Stanford University Board of Trustees and the Stanford GSB Advisory Council. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Walt Disney Company; the
Detroit Economic Club; and the Board of Trustees for Detroit Country Day School.
She is a member of The Business Council and an At-Large Board Member of the Business Roundtable, where she also serves on the Social Issues Committee.

Gail K. Boudreaux is President & CEO of Anthem, Inc., a Fortune 50 company and leading health benefits provider, serving more
than 40 million consumers through its affiliated health plans. In total, Anthem serves over 73 million individuals across 27 states
through its broad portfolio of health insurance and services subsidiaries.
Throughout her more than three decades in the healthcare industry, Ms. Boudreaux has established an outstanding record of
successfully leading multi-billion dollar businesses. As former CEO of Unitedhealthcare, Ms. Boudreaux led the largest business
division of UnitedHealth Group, where she had responsibility for approximately $120 Billion in revenue and managed more than
60,000 employees serving 45 million consumers. Prior to United Healthcare, Ms. Boudreaux served as Executive Vice President
of Health Care Services Corporation and earlier as President of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois. Ms. Boudreaux currently serves

Ginni Rometty, President, Chief Executive Officer
IBM
Ginni Rometty began her career with IBM in 1981 in Detroit. Since then she has held a series of leadership positions, most recently as senior vice
president and group executive, IBM sales, marketing, and strategy.
Earlier she served as senior vice president, IBM Global Business Services, where she led the successful integration of PricewaterhouseCoopers
Consulting. This acquisition was the largest in professional services history, creating a global team of more than 100,000 business consultants and
services experts.
Mrs. Rometty serves on the Council on Foreign Relations, the board of trustees of Northwestern University, and the board of overseers and board
of managers of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with high honors, in computer science and electrical engineering from Northwestern University.

Indra Nooyi, Chief Executive Officer PepsiCo
Indra Nooyi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo. In its global food and beverage portfolio, Mrs. Nooyi is the chief architect of Performance with Purpose, PepsiCo’s pledge to do what’s right for the business by
being responsive to the needs of the world around us. As part of Performance with Purpose, PepsiCo is focusing on delivering sustained growth by making healthier and more nutritious products, limiting our environmental
footprint and protecting the planet, and empowering our associates and people in the communities we serve.
Mrs. Nooyi was named President and CEO on October 1, 2006 and assumed the role of Chairman on May 2, 2007. She has directed the company’s global strategy for more than a decade and led its restructuring, including the
divestiture of its restaurants into the successful YUM! Brands, Inc. She also led the acquisition of Tropicana and the merger with Quaker Oats that brought the vital Quaker and Gatorade businesses to PepsiCo, the merger with
PepsiCo’s anchor bottlers, and the acquisition of Wimm-Bill-Dann, the largest international acquisition in PepsiCo’s history.
Prior to becoming CEO, Mrs. Nooyi served as President and Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2001, when she was also named to PepsiCo’s Board of Directors. In this position, she was responsible for PepsiCo’s corporate
functions, including finance, strategy, business process optimization, corporate platforms and innovation, procurement, investor relations and information technology. Between February 2000 and April 2001, Mrs. Nooyi was Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo. Mrs. Nooyi also served as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development from 1996 until 2000, and as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Strategic
Planning from 1994 until 1996.
Before joining PepsiCo in 1994, Mrs. Nooyi spent four years as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Strategic Marketing for Asea Brown Boveri, a Zurich-based industrials company. She was part of the top management team
responsible for the company’s U.S. business as well as its worldwide industrial businesses, representing about $10 billion of ABB’s $30 billion in global sales.
Between 1986 and 1990, Mrs. Nooyi worked for Motorola, where she was Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning, having joined the company as the business development executive responsible for its
automotive and industrial electronic group. Prior to Motorola, she spent six years directing international corporate strategy projects at The Boston Consulting Group. Her clients ranged from textiles and consumer goods
companies to retailers and specialty chemicals producers. Mrs. Nooyi began her career in India, where she held product manager positions at Johnson & Johnson and Mettur Beardsell, Ltd., a textile firm.
In addition to being a member of the PepsiCo Board of Directors, Mrs. Nooyi serves as a member of the boards of Schlumberger Limited, The Consumer Goods Forum, Catalyst, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Tsinghua
University. She is also a member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum and the American Academy of Arts & Sciences.
She holds a B.S. from Madras Christian College, an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, and a Master of Public and Private Management from Yale University.

Marillyn Hewson, President & Chief Executive
Officer Lockheed Martin
Marillyn A. Hewson is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation. She previously held a variety of increasingly responsible executive positions with the
Corporation, including President and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin’s Electronic Systems business area.
Ms. Hewson joined Lockheed Martin more than 30 years ago as an industrial engineer. During her career she has held several operational leadership positions, including President of
Lockheed Martin Systems Integration; Executive Vice President of Global Sustainment for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics; President and General Manager of Kelly Aviation Center, L.P., an
affiliate of Lockheed Martin; and President of Lockheed Martin Logistics Services. She has also served in key corporate executive roles, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Shared
Services; Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management; and Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit.
Ms. Hewson has served on numerous boards and currently sits on the Board of Directors of DuPont; the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation; the Board of Governors of the USO; the
Board of the National Geographic Education Foundation; the Board of Visitors of the University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration; and the Board of
Directors of Catalyst.
Ms. Hewson is a former Chair and current member of the Executive Committee of the Aerospace Industries Association; a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society; an Associate Fellow of the
American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics; and a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies. She is a Director of the Atlantic Council’s International Advisory Board
and a Vice Chair of the Business Roundtable. Ms. Hewson also serves on the Board of Trustees for King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and on
the Board of Trustees for Khalifa University of Science and Technology in the United Arab Emirates. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and her Master of
Arts degree in economics from the University of Alabama.

Safra Catz, Chief Executive Officer Oracle
Safra Catz was a banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, joining in 1986;[
Catz served as a managing director from February 1997 to
March 1999 and a senior vice president from January 1994 to February 1997 and previously held various investment banking
positions since 1986. She has been a non-executive director of Hyperion Solutions since April 14, 2007. She has been a member of the
executive council of TechNet since March 14, 2013. She served as a director of PeopleSoft Inc. since December 30, 2004 and Stellent
Inc. since December 12, 2006.
Catz joined Oracle Corporation in April 1999. Catz became a member of the company's Board of Directors in October 2001 and
President of Oracle Corporation in early 2004. She is credited for having driven Oracle's 2005 efforts to acquire software rival
PeopleSoft in a $10.3 billion takeover.Catz is also the company's Chief Financial Officer, serving temporarily in that role from
November 2005 to September 2008, and from April 2011 to the present. Mark Hurd joined her as Co-President in 2010
She earned a bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and a J.D. from the University
of Pennsylvania Law School in 1986.

Phebe Novakovic, Chief Executive Officer General Dynamics
Phebe Novakovic is chairman and chief executive officer of General Dynamics, a position she has held since 2013. Previously, she
was president and chief operating officer. Prior to this, Novakovic was executive vice president for the company’s Marine Systems
group; senior vice president of Planning and Development; and vice president of Strategic Planning.
Before joining General Dynamics in 2001, Novakovic served as the Special Assistant to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of
Defense from 1997 to 2001. She also worked for the Office of Management and Budget, where she served in a number of capacities,
culminating in her selection as Deputy Associate Director for National Security where she was responsible for managing and
submitting the President’s budget for the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Agencies. From 1983 to 1986, she served as
an operations officer for the Central Intelligence Agency.
Novakovic received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 1988; she
completed her undergraduate studies at Smith College in 1979.

Tricia Griffith was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and elected to the Board of Directors in July of 2016.
Prior to being named CEO, Griffith served as Personal Lines Chief Operating Officer since April, 2015 overseeing the Company’s
Personal Lines, Claims and Customer Relationship Management groups.
Tricia joined Progressive as a claims representative in 1988 and has served in many key leadership positions during her tenure. She
held several managerial positions in the Claims division before being named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2002. In 2008, she
returned to Claims as the group president, overseeing all claims functions. Prior to being named Personal Lines Chief Operating
Officer, Tricia was President of Customer Operations, overseeing claims and the customer management group, which comprises the
company's contact center group (sales and delivery), as well as the customer experience, systems experience and workforce
management groups.

Lynn Good is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Duke Energy, one of America's largest energy holding companies. Under her leadership, Duke
Energy has intensified its focus on serving its customers and communities well today while leading the way to a cleaner, smarter energy future.
Before becoming CEO in 2013, she served as Duke Energy's chief financial officer and earlier led the company's commercial energy businesses during its initial
development of renewable energy projects. She began her utility career in 2003 with Cincinnati-based Cinergy, which merged with Duke Energy three years later.
Prior to 2003, she was a partner at two international accounting firms, including a long career with Arthur Andersen.
Fortune magazine lists Good as 11th among the "Most Powerful Women in Business" and Forbes magazine calls her one of "The World's 100 Most Powerful
Women." In 2016, she became the first regulated utility CEO designated as a LinkedIn Influencer – an online thought-leadership program.
Under Good's leadership, Duke Energy is embracing new technologies and forward-thinking strategies that strengthen the company's environmental stewardship.
In addition to developing industry-leading solutions for managing coal ash, Duke Energy will invest $11 billion in cleaner energy generation over the next decade.
Since 2005, the company has reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 31 percent. In 2017, Duke Energy was named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the
12th straight year.
Good is a member of the Boeing board of directors and serves on its audit and finance committees. She is vice chairman of the Edison Electric Institute, a board

Ruth is a financial executive, who currently serves as chief financial officer(CFO) of Alphabet Inc. as well as its subsidiary Google. Porat was CFO and executive vice president of Morgan
Stanley from January 2010 to May 2015.
Ruth Porat began her career at Morgan Stanley in 1987 and left in 1993 to follow Morgan Stanley President Robert F. Greenhill to Smith Barney in 1993 and returned to Morgan Stanley in
1996. Before becoming CFO, she served as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking, from September 2003 to December 2009 and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group from

During the financial crisis, Porat led the Morgan Stanley team advising the United States Department of the Treasury regarding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and the New York Federal
Reserve Bank with respect to AIG. In the 2011 HBO movie "Too Big to Fail," Porat is played by Jennifer van Dyck. In May 2011, she presented to the Bretton Woods Committee hosted by the

She was elected Chairman of the GM Board of Directors on January 4, 2016, and has served as CEO of GM since January 15, 2014. Under Barra’s leadership, GM envisions a world with zero crashes, to save lives; zero emissions, so future generations can inherit a healthier planet; and zero congestion, so customers get back a precious commodity -- time. She’s focused on strengthening GM’s core business of great cars, trucks and crossovers, while also working to lead the transformation of personal mobility through advanced technologies like connectivity, electrification, autonomous driving and car sharing. Barra has also established a strategic direction based on putting the customer at the center of everything the company does. Prior to becoming CEO, Barra served as Executive Vice President, Global Product Development, Purchasing & Supply Chain since August 2013, and as Senior Vice President, Global Product Development since February 2011. In these roles, Barra and her teams were responsible for the design, engineering and quality of GM vehicle launches worldwide. Previously, she served as Vice President, Global Human Resources; Vice President, Global Manufacturing Engineering; Plant Manager, Detroit Hamtramck Assembly; and in several other executive engineering and staff positions. Barra began her career with GM in 1980 as a General Motors Institute (Kettering University) co-op student at the Pontiac Motor Division. Since then she has held a series of leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president and group executive, IBM sales, marketing, and strategy.   • 65. 65 Barbara Koster, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer Prudential Barbara Koster is senior vice president and chief information officer for Prudential Financial, Inc. As head of the company’s Global Business & Technology Solutions Department, Koster has oversight responsibility for information technology, including cyber security, technology governance, architecture and standards, at Prudential locations worldwide. Koster also oversees the company’s global networks, data centers and other technology infrastructure. She also leads the company’s Office of Veterans Initiatives, a company wide program that helps veterans transition from military to civilian life. Koster is chairman of the board of Pramerica Systems Ireland, Ltd. and founding member of Prudential Systems Japan, Ltd., both technology subsidiaries of Prudential Financial, Inc. She also is a member of The Prudential Foundation board of directors. Koster joined Prudential in November 1995 as vice president and chief information officer in Individual Life Insurance Systems, where she was responsible for a wide range of technologies, including those that support distribution, policy administration, customer relationship, business strategy, call centers, service delivery, financial systems, information security, business continuation and architecture. In 2014, Koster was named one of STEMConnector’s 100 Corporate Diverse Leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. In 2013, she was inducted into Junior Achievement’s New Jersey Business Hall of Fame. In 2011, NJBiz newspaper named Koster one of the "Best 50 Women in Business." She was named CIO of the Year in 2008 by the Executive Council and listed among the top Executive Women of New Jersey. She also has been named among the Premier IT Leaders by Computerworld magazine; the Top 20 Financial Management Technologists by the CIO Forum; and the Elite Eight by Insurance & Technology magazine. Under Koster’s leadership, Prudential has been named one of Computerworld magazine’s Best Places to Work in IT for several consecutive years. Koster has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, an associate’s degree in Computer technology and an honorary doctorate of humane letters from St. Francis College.   • 66. 66 Susan O'Day: Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Enterprise Technology The Walt Disney Company, to whom Ms. O’Day will report. Ms. O’Day will lead the planning, implementation and operations of the common Disney IT systems and infrastructure across the Company, ensuring both their strategic relevance and operational effectiveness. Ms. O’Day will also be responsible for supporting the unique IT needs across the Company, integrating, leveraging and repurposing technical solutions whenever feasible. Ms. O’Day joins Disney from Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) where she spent more than 10 years in a variety of leadership capacities. Most recently, Ms. O’Day served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Global Shared Services where she was responsible for global information management and shared services, including a company-wide program designed to enhance and improve operational and process efficiencies as part of BMS’s strategy to build long-term leadership and growth. During her tenure at BMS, Ms. O’Day oversaw the transformation of functions, including the consolidation of multiple fragmented information technology organizations which resulted in significant cost savings. She also developed and executed BMS’s global technical approach and strategy. Prior to that, Ms. O’Day worked at CSX Corporation, where she began her career and ultimately rose to Assistant Vice President, Telecommunications. While at CSX, Ms. O’Day led a development team delivering customized application solutions in support of railroad operations. She transitioned the team from turnkey legacy implementation methodologies to iterative processes and practices that delivered more timely solutions. Ms. O’Day holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. Lawrence University and a Masters of Business degree from the College of William and Mary. With experience as Chief Information Security Officer, Vice President of Corporate Information Security and as Chief Information Officer she has proven to have extensive management as well as technology experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University. She is a graduate of General Electric’s Edison Engineering Program and Lockheed Martin’s Program Manager Development Program. Anne was the recipient of the Temple University Fox IT Innovator Award in 2010 and the Villanova University Humphrey Award in 2013. She is a member of the Delaware Valley Junior Achievement Executive Board.
