This document outlines the challenges for educators in developing, using, and organizing resources in their specialist areas. It lists explaining the purpose and use of resources as a challenge for all. For some, additional challenges include analyzing principles of resource design, analyzing and evaluating sources of inclusive curriculum that influence design, and evaluating how effective resources are at meeting individual learning needs. The document also instructs educators to brainstorm in groups the meaning of the term "resource" and think broadly.
