This document outlines the "Community of Learning" project conducted by RVEC and IT for Change in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India in July 2017. The project aims to create communities of learning among headmasters, teachers of different subjects, and teachers within individual schools. It discusses IT for Change's experience with creating communities of learning among government high school headmasters, maths/science/Kannada teachers, and teachers within single schools. The document also covers topics like the role of parents, school leadership and development, and building an agenda for a 7-day leadership program for BBMP headmasters. Participants are assigned readings on the aims of education from the NCF 2005 and tasks like sharing their school location and obtaining internet access.
