have the Buy Box or Jumia’s own screening

The replenishment battle, represents a list
of products where JUMIA Seller has low
coverage or is out of stock based on the sales
of this products during the last 30 days

score and have a low chance of attracting
the customer
The sponsored product battle provides

5. How does Jumia make recommendations
on pricing ?

There will be very few pricing recommendations for fashion items,
as very few of them belong to a Market Place Group
If the product is deduplicated, this will take the price of the product with the Buy Box and take
2% fromit
If there is no Buy Box, then we take the lowest price that this product has ever had in the past
months
If the price is already at an all time low, we will recommend to reduce the price by 5%
6. Sellers who do not have the Buy Box have less
visibility and only 10 % chance of getting a sale
This orange box is given only for the seller who
offers the best price ,especially in the case of
product duplication
Also the buy box enables you to show the seller
info on the right, which means more Visibility
to your Store not only this product
